Beacon Television has been a forerunner in India in the production of broadcast programmes in this genre.  From the elusive tiger to the feared King Cobra, from the depth of the forest to the grave ecological issues confronting the modern world, it has been a constant endeavor to present the whole picture.

India’s first ever wildlife and nature magazine programme on Satellite TV (Hum Zameen) was conceptualized,  directed, written and anchored by our Director-Producer.

 Planet Earth, a set of seven films on the Forests of India for Vigyan Prasar, Department of Science & Technology. Award winning. Telecast on Doordarshan, India. 2008-09.

 Several episodes of the weekly series ‘Aisa Hi Hota Hai’ were special episodes dealing with pertinent issues like e-waste, global warming, water, pollution, conservation, web of life, etc 2006-2007

 Nobody Lies in a Temple, a documentary for PSBT on Anna Hazare and water harvesting in Ralegan Siddhi. (2005)

 Tamers of the King, a film on the Sapukela Tribe of Orissa. They handle the feared King Cobra with elegant ease. Their livelihood is snake charming. The documentary examined the complex issue of Traditional Livelihoods versus Ecological soundness.  Zee TV – 2004

 Messengers of Love, a documentary on the quaint village in Rajasthan where the migratory demoiselle cranes arrive year after year and how the villagers have come to regard them as messengers of love and hope.  Zee TV (2004)

 Earth Charmers, an anchor based magazine show for Chakra Channel, Zee TV. This series bagged the Bronze Tree Award in Vatavaran, India’s first Environment & Nature Film Festival.  Zee TV (2003)

 Enbee Environment Show, an earth Day Special for Zee TV with eminent environmentalists like Sunderlal Bahuguna, Nergis Irani, M C Mehta, etc
